Mountain GABA Tea – 50 g

Mountain Gaba Tea is a distinctive Taiwanese oolong tea processed using a special method in which the tea leaves are temporarily treated in an oxygen-free environment. This process increases the naturally occurring GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) content.

This tea combines traditional Taiwanese craftsmanship with modern processing techniques. The result is a smooth, full-bodied tea with a refined and balanced character.

Grown in Taiwan at an altitude of approximately 800 metres, the tea benefits from the mountain climate, fertile soil and careful processing. These conditions help the tea leaves develop their distinctive aroma.

Mountain Gaba Tea offers a smooth, rounded flavour with notes of dried fruit, subtle sweetness and a warm finish. The tea has a pleasant depth without becoming heavy or bitter.
